What types of tickets are available?

VIP, General Admission Weekend, and General Admission Daily

Executive Producer VIP- $950

  • Executive Producer VIP specific wristband.

  • Souvenir Executive Producer VIP badge and lanyard.

  • First 2 rows reserved at panels with assigned seating (If ADA Accommodations are needed, please email for seating accommodations.)

  • VIP line at Registration.

  • 1 Hour Early Access to buy ticket add ons (meet & greets, after hour events, etc.)

  • 4 autograph vouchers for TBA headlining talent.

  • Included access to candid photos after the event.

  • VIP line at all photo op booths and autograph tables.

  • Access to “Producer’s Lounge” with light snacks & drinks included.

  • Friday OR Saturday after hours event included (not both).

  • Exclusive Panel w/ headlining talent (shared with Producer VIPs).

  • Tote “Swag Bag” to include exclusive event t-shirt & surprise items.

Producer VIP- $650

  • Producer VIP specific wristband.

  • VIP line at Registration.

  • 1 Hour Early Access to buy ticket add ons (meet & greets, after hours events, etc.)

  • 40 Minute Early Access to convention hall.

  • 2 autograph vouchers ($70 value)

  • Included access to candid photos after the event.

  • VIP lines at photo op booths and autograph tables.

  • Access to “Producer’s Lounge” with light snacks and drinks included.

Director VIP- $550

  • Director VIP specific wristband.

  • Souvenir Director VIP badge and lanyard.

  • Rows 5-8 reserved at panels with assigned seating (If ADA Accommodations are needed, please email for seating accommodations.)

  • VIP line at registration.

  • 1 Hour Early Access to buy ticket add ons (meet & greets, concerts, etc.)

  • 20 Minute Early Access to convention hall.

  • 3 $20 Off Coupons to be used on autographs or selfies from an approved list of guests (one for each day)

  • Included access to candid photos after the event.

  • VIP lines at photo op booths and autograph tables.

Assistant Director- $400

  • Assistant Director specific wristband.

  • Open seating starting with row 9 at panels.

  • Assistant Director specific line at Registration.

  • 30 Minute Early Access to buy ticket add ons (meet & greets, concerts, etc.)

PA pass (General Admission Weekend Pass)- $300

  • All weekend General Admission pass

Friday Screening ONLY - $125

How do I purchase tickets?

Do tickets sell out?

Yes, there is a cap on ALL tickets

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?

There is NOT a limit on admission, selfies, autos, or photos. There is a limit of 4 tickets per person for meet & greets.

Will tickets be available at the door?

Any remaining tickets available will be able to be purchased at the door

Can I upgrade my ticket later?

Yes! Please send us an email at info@beyondthescreenee.com

Refunds, Transfers & Exchanges

Are tickets refundable?

No. Individual talent tickets are only refundable upon talent cancellation

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

This would be a case to case basis- please email the Planning & Logistics team at info@beyondthescreenee.com

What happens if I can’t attend?

You can use your ticket to attend another event​

What happens if the event is postponed or canceled?

  • We will honor all tickets if postponed 

  • Refunds WILL happen if cancelled


What if I made a mistake on my order?

Payment & Processing

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. You can also use PayPal, Affirm or Klarna cards at checkout.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

State taxes & small fees from website

Can I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

Yes, it will be available once you purchase- but we can also send you a copy if you email us at info@beyondthescreenee.com

Ticket Delivery

How will I receive my tickets?

They will be emailed to you, and you can also print them if you would like.

When will I receive my tickets?

Immediately via email

What should I do if I didn’t receive my ticket email?

Please email the Planning & Logistics team at info@beyondthescreenee.com or DM us on socials with the name and email for us to search

Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?

You do not need to print your ticket- we only need your email confirmation and ID at check in

Do I need an ID that matches my ticket name?

Yes! If this was purchased as a gift, and the name on the order does NOT match the attendee,  then you MUST email us at info@beyondthescreenee.com and get confirmation from our team.

What if I lose my wristband/badge?

Go to registration and speak to a member of our team

Accessibility & Age Policy

Are there any age restrictions?

  • Children 5 and under are free

  • Some after hour events may be age restricted 

  • We cannot control what a talent says or does- some things might not be age appropriate so please take that into consideration 

Do children need tickets?

  • 5 and under are free for admission

  • All additional tickets such as photos, autos & meet & greets will need to be purchased by an adult

  • Anyone under 18 needs an adult with them for Meet & Greets, and both people will need a ticket.

Are companion tickets available for accessibility reasons?

How do I request accessibility accommodations?

Event Changes & Issues

What happens if the event is rescheduled?

We will issue refunds or honored tickets at new date

How will I be notified about updates or changes?

We will be posting on our social media pages, and also sending out emails​

Who do I contact for ticket questions?

How long does it take to get a response?

We typically respond the same day, but it might take longer depending on holidays or weekends.

Photography & Media

Are photography and video allowed inside the event?

Phones are fine to use for photography in designated areas. You cannot take photos of talent at their table unless authorized or you purchased a selfie in which you may use your personal device: phone, polaroid camera, small digital camera to take this with.

Can I bring a professional camera or tripod?

No tripods or professional cameras are allowed unless you are a designated member of our media team.

Are flash photos allowed during panels or photo ops?

 No flash photography is permitted within the venue unless you are a designated member of our media team.

Can I take photos or videos of celebrity guests?

Unless permitted by talent directly or purchasing a selfie or video, no photographing or videography will be permitted of the talent at their table.

Can I record panels or live events?

No professional photography or videography will be permitted for panels outside of our designated media team. Some panels are not permitted to be posted online by us per request and in good faith we do ask that attendees not take personal videography or photography of any panel unless authorized directly.

Can I bring a drone or film outside the venue?

No drones are to be used outside or inside the facility for privacy reasons. If we see a drone being used the owner will be asked to leave without question or a refund for any purchases.

Are there designated photo areas or backdrops?

Yes, there will be photograph areas throughout the facility and a backdrop will be provided for professional photos.

Can I post my event photos online or tag the event?

Absolutely, we would love to see your photos from the event and post them on our social media!

Are there any restrictions for social media content creators or vloggers?

These will be discussed with the content creators and influencers working within our event.

Code of Conduct & Behavior

What is your event’s code of conduct?

Every person whether, attendee, talent, guests, staff or volunteers are to treat each other respectfully, foster inclusivity, have integrity, and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.

What happens if someone violates the rules?

Anyone who violates the code of conduct or any other best practices set in place, will be asked to leave immediately.

Is harassment or discrimination tolerated?

Absolutely NOT! If there are any concerns please email HR@Beyondthescreenee.com or find a BTSEE Director or volunteer.

How can I report a problem or safety concern?

Please report any problem or safety concern immediately to one of the BTSEE Directors, volunteer or email HR@Beyondthescreenee.com

Are there age-appropriate content guidelines?

There may be times where content is not appropriate for all ages. Please use discretion.

Venue Accessibility

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Yes

Are there ramps, elevators, or accessible entrances?

There are elevators to each floor.

Are accessible restrooms available throughout the venue?

Yes

Are there reserved seating areas for attendees with mobility needs?

Yes. Please reach out to info@beyondthescreenee.com for any panel seating needs in advance.

Is accessible parking available near the entrance?

Yes

Are guide animals allowed inside?

Service animals allowed only.
